  • 01 December 2006: A sharp winter storm swept into Central Illinois and the Bloomington-Normal area causing power outages, road closures, white out conditions, tree damage, and virtually every large business and schools to close. In it's wake, wildlife scurried looking for food. These birds found a crab apple tree with fruit covered in ice. They would eat, then fly to a near by birch for some comaradarie, then fly back and eat some more.
