11 February 2009: 2009 NISSAN 370Z: The all-new ?09 Nissan 370Z, the first full redesign of the iconic Nissan Z since its reintroduction as a 2003 model, is offered in two models: 370Z and 370Z Touring. Nearly every piece and component of the 370Z has been rethought or redesigned (compared to the previous 350Z) ? a shorter wheelbase, greater use of lightweight body materials, larger engine, new 7-speed automatic transmission, an available world?s first synchronized downshift rev matching 6-speed manual transmission, a new high quality interior design and new available technology features. Performance has been enhanced with a more rigid body structure, better power-to-weight ratio and a new 332-horsepower 3.7-liter DOHC V6 engine with Variable Valve Event and Lift Control..The Chicago Auto Show is a charity event of the Chicago Automobile Trade Association (CATA) and is held annually at McCormick Place in Chicago Illinois.
