The Illinois State University Redbirds hosted arch rival Bradley University Braves. The Redbirds soared over the Braves, taking the match in 4 games, losing only game number 2. Action included play by Braves Star Lindsey Stalzer who is ranked no. 7 in the nation in kills per game. The first defeat of the conference season for the Braves took place at Redbird Arena on Illinois State's campus in Normal IL.
