22 September 2006 The sun settles to the horizon between storm systems, casting a glow over a construction area complete with tall cranes and creating a ribbon of light from the pavement of the I 74, I 55, and I 39 bypass around the west side of Bloomington - Normal Illinois. The storms were enough to delay local Friday night football games by about 1/2 hour.
